Donate to the Whitehills School Association

Financial donations to support Whitehills students and staff through the WSA's diverse initiatives are gratefully accepted via cash, check, or credit card. The WSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation is tax deductible. Receipts are emailed automatically for online donations, and will be mailed or delivered in person for other methods of giving. Many families also give of their valuable time, and we recognize and value our volunteers as well! 

How is My Donation Used?

The WSA supports students and teachers throughout the year through various means. You can see a running list of ways the WSA has used its funding on our Funded Projects page. Here are a few possible donation amounts with examples of what could be done with that level of support:
  • A $10 donation provides a Spirit Wear shirt for a student in need
  • A $15 donation pays for one month's Popcorn Friday supplies.
  • A $25 donation can purchase tickets for about four students to attend a show at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts.
  • A $35 donation would cover the cost of a one-year subscription to a children's magazine for the library.
  • A $50 donation covers the cost of frozen treats for the annual Popsicle Playdate.
  • A $75 donation covers the cost of prizes for the Summer Reading Program.
  • A $100 donation provides food and coffee for the Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast in June.
  • A $125 donation covers half the cost of Mileage Club incentives for the year.
  • A $150 donation provides support for one full year of Science Club.
  • A $175 donation covers the cost of Book Fair books for eight students in need.
  • A $200 donation covers annual classroom grants for two teachers.
  • ​A $250 donation covers the WSA contribution for 25 third graders to attend the Big Zoo lesson.

Donations can be made in nearly any amount, and clicking on an item will show you what that level of funding could provide to support Whitehills.
